Accessibility Statement

ZZEN is committed to making stayzzen.com and related services usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technologies. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing part of how we design and build — not a one-time audit.

Accessibility practices currently built into the platform include:

• Semantic HTML — pages use meaningful landmarks and an ordered heading structure so screen readers can navigate by outline.
• Labeled controls — form fields carry programmatic labels, and icon-only buttons include text alternatives.
• Keyboard operability — interactive elements are reachable and usable with a keyboard alone, including dialogs, which can be dismissed with the Escape key.
• Contrast minimums — text and interface colors are checked against WCAG contrast thresholds, and state is never conveyed by color alone.
• Reduced-motion support— animations respect the operating system’s “reduce motion” preference.

Some dashboard views are under active remediation and may not yet meet our target standard — for example, certain data-dense host analytics screens. We are working through these areas and will update this statement as they are resolved. If a limitation blocks you from completing a task, contact us and we will provide the information or service through an alternative channel.

To keep a consistent, app-like experience, in-page pinch-to-zoom is disabled on our mobile site. If you need to enlarge content, your device’s system-level zoom (iOS and Android accessibility Zoom) and your desktop browser’s page zoom continue to work normally, and all text also scales with your browser and OS font-size settings.
