FAQ
Do you take a percentage of my bookings?
No. We charge only a flat monthly fee per property card or portfolio. The only transaction-related charge is our 2.25% card processing fee (or 1.25% if you opt out of rewards) — which is what we pay to process the payment, not a commission.
What happens after the introductory period?
Property Cards go from $25/mo to $100/mo after 3 months. Portfolios go from $100/mo to $500/mo after 3 months. You're notified 30 days before any price change.
Can I have multiple property cards without a portfolio?
Yes. Each property card is $100/mo (or $25/mo intro). A portfolio makes sense once you want a branded multi-property presence — it includes 2 property cards and comes with a branded mini-website.
What is the rewards program exactly?
Guests earn 10 points for every $1 they spend on ZZEN bookings. Points redeem at 1,000 points = $1 (1% back). Points never expire — guests can stack them across any number of stays. As a host, you can opt out — your processing fee drops to 1.25%, but guests cannot earn or redeem points on your properties.
Can I rent vehicles to my guests?
Yes. Each vehicle listing — boat, golf cart, ATV, sports car, and more — is a flat $20/mo. You choose which of your property cards offer it as an add-on, and you can also list it in the open local marketplace so nearby guests can rent it. You set the daily rate and keep it all. Guests must carry their own rental insurance or choose ZZEN coverage at checkout.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. No lock-in contracts. Cancel any time and your listing stays active until the end of your billing period.
