You can delete your ZZEN account and personal data at any time, free of charge. Here’s how it works.
Email privacy@stayzzen.com from the address on your ZZEN account with the subject "Delete my account." No reason required.
We confirm the request came from your account email so nobody else can delete your data.
Your profile, saved properties, messages, rewards balance, and marketing data are permanently deleted. You'll get a confirmation email when it's done.
Records the law requires us to retain — such as completed booking and payment records for tax purposes — are kept only for the legally required period, then deleted or anonymized. Unused rewards points are forfeited on deletion. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
